Welcome to AllonLab.com. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AllonLab website and services offered by Ay Tasarim LLC (478 SW 12th Ave, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442, USA).

By using the Site or opening an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Payment Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Key Terms

  • Buyers — users who purchase services on AllonLab.
  • Sellers — users who offer and perform services through listings on AllonLab.
  • Listings (DJobs) — services offered by sellers on AllonLab.
  • Orders — formal agreements between a buyer and seller after a purchase.
  • Custom Offers — exclusive proposals a seller creates for a specific buyer's requirements.
  • Listing Extras — additional services offered on top of a base listing for an additional price.
  • Featured Membership — paid plan allowing sellers to feature 5 prominent listings per month for $30/month.

Overview

  • Only registered users may buy and sell on AllonLab. Registration is free.
  • Listings may be offered at a base starting price of $2.
  • Buyers pay AllonLab in advance to create an order.
  • Sellers must fulfill orders and may not cancel without cause.
  • Users may not offer or accept payments outside of AllonLab.com.
  • When purchasing a listing, buyers are granted rights for the delivered work unless otherwise specified.

User Conduct

You agree to use AllonLab only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not use the platform to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, AllonLab and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Ay Tasarim LLC. Sellers retain ownership of their original work delivered to buyers per order terms.

Limitation of Liability

AllonLab acts as a marketplace facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality of work, delays, or disputes between parties, though we provide a dispute resolution process to assist users.

Eligibility

This site is available to users who are at least 18 years of age. Users between 13-17 may use the site through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian. Users under 13 are not permitted to use AllonLab.
