Welcome to AllonLab.com. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AllonLab website and services offered by Ay Tasarim LLC (3606 Enterprise Ave, Suite 200, Naples, FL 34104, USA).
By using the Site or opening an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Payment Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Buyers — users who purchase services on AllonLab (e.g., Clinics, Dentists).
Sellers — users who offer and perform services through listings on AllonLab (e.g., Dental Labs, CAD Technicians).
Listings — services offered by sellers on AllonLab.
Orders — formal agreements between a buyer and seller after a purchase.
Custom Offers — exclusive proposals a seller creates for a specific buyer's requirements.
Featured Membership — paid plan allowing sellers to feature 5 prominent listings per month for $30/month.
AllonLab strictly prohibits the uploading, sharing, or transmission of patient-identifiable data.
Buyer Responsibility: Buyers explicitly agree and guarantee that all files uploaded to the platform (including but not limited to STL, DICOM, PLY, and OBJ files) have been completely anonymized and stripped of all Protected Health Information (PHI) prior to upload, in compliance with HIPAA and applicable global data privacy laws.
No Liability: AllonLab is not a covered entity and shall not be held liable for any user's failure to anonymize patient data.
Seller Guarantee: By offering services on AllonLab, Sellers legally represent and warrant that they hold valid, legitimate, and commercial licenses for all software used to complete Orders (including but not limited to Exocad, 3Shape, BlueSkyPlan, etc.).
Zero Tolerance for Piracy: The use of cracked, pirated, or unlicensed software is strictly prohibited. Sellers assume full legal and financial responsibility for any copyright or licensing infringement claims. AllonLab reserves the right to suspend accounts suspected of software piracy and holds no liability for the software utilized by independent Sellers.
Platform Role: AllonLab is exclusively a digital marketplace and communication platform. We are not a dental laboratory, a medical device manufacturer, or a healthcare provider.
Clinical Verification: All designs, guides, crowns, and digital products delivered through AllonLab are for conceptual and manufacturing purposes only. The treating Dentist/Buyer assumes 100% of the clinical liability. It is the sole responsibility of the licensed practitioner to review, verify, and approve all CAD designs for clinical accuracy and patient suitability before manufacturing or clinical use.
Sellers are independent contractors and freelancers. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between Sellers and Ay Tasarim LLC.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ay Tasarim LLC, its affiliates, and its officers from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of third-party intellectual property, or any clinical malpractice claims related to designs procured through AllonLab.
You agree to use AllonLab only for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content.
This site is available to users who are at least 18 years of age.
By using AllonLab messaging, order-file exchange, verification submission, or support-request features, you acknowledge and consent that authorized AllonLab staff may access and review related messages, files, support tickets, and verification materials when reasonably necessary to provide support, investigate fraud, moderate abuse, resolve disputes, enforce platform policies, or satisfy legal/compliance obligations.
Users must not use marketplace messaging or support channels to exchange direct off-platform contact details, payment requests, or non-anonymized patient information. AllonLab may issue warnings, request clarification, reject submissions, or suspend accounts when those rules are violated.
AllonLab may contact users directly by in-platform notice or email regarding account corrections, verification requests, support follow-up, moderation matters, or marketplace safety. Users may also submit requests to correct an incorrectly selected account type.
AllonLab accounts may be used in both buyer and seller mode. A dental lab, clinic, or technician may browse, order, message, and purchase services as a buyer while also publishing listings and receiving orders as a seller. Dashboard mode controls the interface you see, but does not remove your ability to use both sides of the marketplace.
When a user uploads listing visuals and grants the related permission during the upload flow, the user authorizes AllonLab to feature those images in AllonLab-controlled marketing channels, including social media, email, and promotional materials, for the purpose of attracting customers to the marketplace. This permission applies only when the user gives that consent in-product.
AllonLab may offer paid promotional placements, featured visibility options, homepage placement, or commission-based listing boosts for sellers. Promotional visibility is not a guarantee of impressions, clicks, inquiries, or orders.
For standard marketplace orders, buyers may be charged the standard buyer-side platform fee shown at checkout. When a seller activates a commission-based boost, the buyer-side fee remains unchanged, and the seller agrees that an additional platform commission may be deducted from the seller's payout for qualifying orders placed through that boosted listing during the active promotion period.
The applicable commission rate, duration, and placement terms will be disclosed before activation. By activating a featured or commission-based boost, the seller authorizes AllonLab to apply the disclosed fee logic to eligible orders during the relevant boost period.
Unless otherwise stated in writing by AllonLab, promotional purchases and boost activations are non-refundable once activated, and unused visibility time may be forfeited when a seller cancels the promotion early.
