Paying for Orders
Buyers pay AllonLab in advance when placing an order. Payments are held securely until the order is delivered and approved. We accept major credit cards and PayPal through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Seller Fees
- AllonLab charges sellers a 20% service fee on each completed order.
- Sellers receive 80% of the order value after the fee deduction.
- Featured Membership: $30/month to promote up to 5 listings.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders cancelled before work begins are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial refunds may be issued if work has already started, at AllonLab's discretion.
- Sellers who frequently cancel orders may have their accounts suspended.
Withdrawal of Earnings
Sellers can withdraw their available balance via PayPal or bank transfer. Funds become available 14 days after order completion. Minimum withdrawal amount is $20.
Taxes
Sellers are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on their earnings. AllonLab will provide earnings reports to assist with tax filings where required by law.
