Payment Terms

These Payment Terms outline the financial agreements between users and Ay Tasarim LLC (3606 Enterprise Ave, Suite 200, Naples, FL 34104, USA) when using AllonLab.com.

At a Glance

Buyers pay in advance. Funds are held securely until delivery. Buyers may be charged the standard buyer-side platform fee shown at checkout, and sellers may separately opt into promotional visibility tools that apply an additional seller-side commission to qualifying boosted orders. Seller earnings clear for withdrawal after the applicable holding period.

Paying for Orders

Buyers pay AllonLab in advance when placing an order. Payments are held securely until the order is marked as delivered and approved by the buyer (or auto-completed). We accept major credit cards and digital wallets through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Seller Fees & Payouts

• Buyers may be charged the standard buyer-side platform fee displayed at checkout.
• Sellers may activate paid promotional placements, featured visibility, or commission-based boosts for eligible listings.
• When a seller activates a commission-based boost, the buyer-side fee remains unchanged, and the seller agrees that an additional platform commission may be deducted from the seller's payout for qualifying orders placed through that boosted listing during the active promotion period.
• The applicable boost rate, visibility period, and related promotion terms will be disclosed before activation.
• Sellers must complete the necessary identity verification (KYC) required by our payment processors to receive payouts.

Order Cancellations, Refunds, and Chargebacks

• Orders canceled mutually before work begins are eligible for a full refund.
• Partial refunds may be issued if work has already commenced, subject to the agreement of both parties or at AllonLab's discretion through the Dispute Resolution Center.
• Unless AllonLab states otherwise in writing, promotional placements, featured activations, and commission-based boosts are non-refundable once activated.
• Chargebacks: If a buyer files a chargeback (disputes the charge with their credit card company) for a delivered order, AllonLab reserves the right to suspend the buyer's account. Sellers acknowledge that, in the event of a fraudulent chargeback, funds may be temporarily frozen or deducted from their balance while the payment provider investigates the dispute.
• Sellers who frequently cancel orders or receive disputes may have their accounts downgraded or suspended.

Withdrawal of Earnings

Sellers can withdraw their available balance via supported payout methods (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe Connect). Where a seller-side commission-based boost applies, seller net earnings for that order are calculated after deducting the applicable seller-side commission disclosed at activation. Funds become available for withdrawal 14 days after an order is completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is $20.

Taxes

Sellers are strictly independent contractors and are entirely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable local, state, or federal taxes on their earnings. Where required by United States law (e.g., IRS Form 1099-K thresholds), AllonLab and its payment processors will collect necessary tax information and report earnings.
